Pol’n’Folk is an experience that unfolds through rhythm, movement and shared presence. It is a gathering where music, dance, art, ceremony and wellbeing naturally weave together. Days flow between workshops, creative spaces and moments of discovery. Evenings come alive with music, dancing circles and stories carried by the firelight. Throughout it all, there is space to slow down, breathe and simply be.
Here you can learn traditional crafts, move your body through folk dance and movement practices, listen to live music and explore ceremonies that connect us with nature and each other. Every part of the festival invites participation, curiosity and openness. Pol’n’Folk is also a place of wellbeing. A space where body, mind, and spirit are cared for through mindful activities, meaningful conversations and a community built on respect and authenticity. Whether you come to dance, learn, create, or simply soak in the atmosphere, the experience grows through the people who gather in the circle.
